Shipping Info
Shipping time varies depending on the product and country in which the order is placed. It takes an average of 10 days for the product to reach you after the order is placed.
The estimated delivery date is based on your purchase date, the recipient's location, the seller's processing time and the shipping carrier. Other factors -like placing an order on a weekend or a holiday- may end up pushing the arrival of your item beyond the estimated delivery date. It's our hope that your item gets where it's going as soon as possible, but given the factors involved, this is only an estimate.
Return & Exchange
We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations. In terms of product return and replacement, Turkey's 4077 law on Consumer Protection applications is essential. Besides;
1. If you are dissatisfied with our products, you may return the purchased products within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery without specifying a reason.
2. If you find that one or more of your products are broken or damaged or have a similar defect, please report it to the shipping authority and do not take the packet.
3. The product must be returned in the protective packaging and the invoice to which it was delivered.
4. The shipping fee shall be paid by the customer for the shipments made in accordance with the return conditions.

Refund
The refund of purchases made by credit card is made to the card on which the purchase is completed.
The pay-back of the refunds is processed after the product reaches us.
The relevant bank is responsible for any possible delays that may occur after Bakodun's notification of the reimbursement.
